The Challenge
To organize a team building activity on the beach that required real technical skills from the participants.
Our Solution
We organised a ‘Build A Boat’ activity using material that we had to import from overseas (including wood, masts, sails, etc). All this required a full night of preparation prior to the event to be all set for the activity
We privatised part of a beach, organised access to bathrooms and inlcuded a BBQ that was supplied by the hotel overlooking the same beach.
Each team was given instructions of how to build the boat an all the material required. During the event itself they were being supported and encouraged by our entertainer using a PA system set up for the occasion
The challenge also included a race in the bay and diving to collect part of a puzzle with a clue to resolve.
The Result
The event was a total success in both fun and team building.
