The Challenge
Rotating 24 Speedboats between 6 locations and calculating the time for the teams to complete an activity in each location and the biggest concern was that a team would arrive at the activity out of their time slot and have to wait to participate (we HATE to leave delegates waiting for anything!). The other main challenge we had to consider was safety. With our clients hopping in and out of Speedboats and spending the day in the sun, we wanted to ensure we didn’t have any accidents!
Our Solution
The logistics of the timings were the easiest to solve. We had 24 Speedboat Captains involved in each meeting on location. Their expertise in wind speed, sea swell and engine power helped us plan out the timings perfectly. For the safety concerns, we brought our trusty Risk Assessor on board. With his guidance we added life guards and first aiders and provided all delegates with non-slip shoes, sun-hats and a free-flowing supply of chilled water.
The Result
An adrenaline filled day that went off like clockwork! The feedback from the delegates was incredible and we even got a special thankyou from the big boss himself after the event.
