Outdoor Breakout Rooms

To organise speed meetings between mortgage brokers and various banks and service providers in a casual way, on an isolated and open air location if possible, with easy access and offering possibilities of different activities and lunch within walking distance.

We set up a camp with one tent per supplier inlcuding benches, logos, plants and a coffee break area. All this was setup in the beautiful bay of Hondoq-Ir-Rummien in Gozo overlooking the island of Comino
To get access to the camp, the delegates were directly picked up from the hotel lido in Malta with speedboats that took them directly to Hondoq ir-Rummien in only 30 minutes of fun. It was a real surprise for them to discover the site of their meeting
A BBQ was set up next to the camp, long chairs and umbrellas with logos on the beach and watersports activities organized on exclusivity for the group (kayak, paddle boats, jetskis and snorkeling) for the delegates to enjoy short breaks during the whole day meeting.

According to the delegates, this was the best meeting environment they had ever had. Although we had to face few weather complications during the night before the event, all the SIT team was on the spot to help suppliers for the set up in order to be ready for the arrival of the delegates.
